Welcome to In Love Creative. These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through our website at inlovecreative.com.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
ABOUT US
In Love Creative is a small independent handmade business based in Yorkshire, England. We create and sell personalised gifts, keepsakes, vegan hampers and other gift products.

OUR PRODUCTS
We take great care to ensure that our product descriptions, photographs and information are accurate. However, as many of our products are handmade, there may be small variations in appearance, colour or finish.
Where a product is personalised, the finished item will be created according to the information and instructions supplied by you when placing your order.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Please check all personalisation details carefully before submitting your order, including names, spelling, dates and any other information you provide.
We will use the information you provide when creating your personalised item. We cannot be responsible for errors in personalisation supplied by the customer.
Because personalised products are made specifically for you, they are not eligible for cancellation simply because you have changed your mind. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy for further information.
VEGAN HAMPERS & PERISHABLE PRODUCTS
Our vegan hampers contain food and other perishable products. Due to the nature of these products, they cannot be returned or cancelled simply because you have changed your mind once they have been dispatched.

PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected at the prices shown.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.
Your order is accepted when we confirm that your products have been dispatched. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where applicable.
PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product information errors. If an obvious error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before processing the order.
Payment must be completed at the time of placing your order using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional codes or special offers. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts and may be subject to specific terms or expiry dates.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where this is necessary, provided that this does not affect orders already accepted.
DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.
UK orders are sent using the Royal Mail delivery service selected at checkout. International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside our direct control. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, extreme weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
If you realise that you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@inlovecreative.com. We will always do our best to help, but we may not be able to change the address once an order has been dispatched.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please contact us at info@inlovecreative.com as soon as possible.
We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including photographs, product images, logos, designs, graphics, written content and branding, belongs to In Love Creative or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
WEBSITE CONTENT
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that every piece of information will always be completely free from errors or omissions.
We may occasionally update product information, prices, availability or website content.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility that we cannot legally exclude or limit, including your statutory rights relating to the quality, description and fitness for purpose of goods.
We will not be responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as postal delays, customs delays, severe weather, natural disasters or other events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, subject to any rights you may have to bring proceedings elsewhere under applicable consumer law.
