DELIVERY INFORMATION

We know how important it is for your gift to arrive safely and on time, especially when you're sending something for a special occasion. Every order is carefully packed by hand here in Yorkshire before being sent on its way.

UK DELIVERY - All UK orders are dispatched within 1 working day.

We offer a choice of Royal Mail delivery services at checkout.

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 24 - Delivery aim: 1 working day after dispatch.

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 48 - Our standard tracked service. Delivery aim: 2–3 working days after dispatch.

ROYAL MAIL NEXT DAY GUARANTEED BY 1PM - For urgent orders, available at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - All international orders are dispatched within 1 working day.

We send international orders using Royal Mail International Tracked. Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days after dispatch.

USA & EUROPE — DUTIES & TAXES PAID - Orders sent to the USA and Europe are sent using a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) service, meaning applicable duties and taxes are paid in advance, with no additional import charges for the recipient.

For other international destinations, customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times can occasionally be affected by customs processing or circumstances outside our control.

SENDING A GIFT DIRECTLY? - Of course! Simply enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout.
